  1. Great article Jonas. One question though. When creating these views and publishing back to the CRM solution, the views display the records correctly but Charts cannot render against the view. Is this a known constraint of editing the view in the XML? Charts cannot be used?

    It seems MS have not adopted to the new (?) not-in possibilities throughout the system. These views do not appear in lookup dialogs, they can break dynamic marketing lists (where they would actually be reeeeally convenient to use!) and there are a few other places where the system does not really like the manipulated queries.
    I still have not seen any disclaimers about this in the documentation anywhere, so let's hope MS corrects the problems (rather than update the documentation).

    I think I've got them to work in the dynamic marketing lists. They require the entityname attribute to be set.
