Recently, I got a request, or rather a kind ask, if I could give my perspective on how to grow even more in our small, tiny, little part of the world – the Power Platform.
I know, in the big picture, this platform means nothing in a hundred years, but here and now, we live on this platform.
Luka Radulović started the Serbian Power Platform Community and asked for my help. Thanks for asking me! 🙏
Yes, it’s true, I share my Azure AI Foundry OpenAI provider for you out there.
I’m pretty proud that I introduced the AI Chat feature in FetchXML Builder this summer. Like I’ve said many times, “I surely know more than a robot!”, but during the development this summer, I learned quite a lot about AI, and more importantly, I’m impressed by the knowledge it has in the FetchXML area.

Jim Novak at Microsoft got me a big pull request to support – not only just PlantUML – but also DBML.
Matt Ritchie at Wesley Mission gave me a tip about supporting packages what I call Groups.
@Warp999 suggested that we may let Themes decide the layout of our Dataverse model.
I only know her/his user at GitHub – please reveal you if you want to!

Which records did I update? 🤔
Which fields did I change? 🫤
What did really happen?? 😬
Starting up a business? Nope.
Well, I have my own small company – we all have one, of course, mostly for fun, and it is clearly dormant. Don’t you have one?
My created tools are free, but definitely not just for fun!

There are a bunch of completely awesome and can’t-live-without tools. Most are created by the community, like me.
These tools can break your system. Completely.
“Are these tools even legal??”
Too often, I’ve heard CTOs and others say that these tools should be stopped! Either by thoroughly educating all users not to use them or simply by blocking these crazy tools on their computers.
While working on the next release, I realized I had to make this tool look better, nicer, and cleaner.
I was working to add a few new features, so why take on the extra work to deliver a tiny new interface?
